The Flora-Dale area had a fun community feel with visitors and regulars. The house had plenty of space for 3 couples, a toddler and his grandma who came along. “Decided last minute to spend 3 days with family. Have traveled to Michigan for 30 years but have never visited the Silver Lake area. The area and the house were both hidden gems for our family. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to relax or have fun including private lakefront access a few hundred feet away from the front door. Nice kitchen with spacious counter, huge firepit, outdoor hot water shower, huge yard, and another firepit at the lake for watching beautiful sunsets....

“We had seven adults, two kids under ten, and a dog. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. The house is very well appointed with linens, dishes, utensils, etc. All the rooms have oscillating fans which is nice if you sleep with a fan on for the white noise. The access to Silver Lake across the street is great, the front and back decks and outdoor areas are very comfortable, and the access to the silver lake dunes orv area is great. Five minute drive. I highly recommend this...
