The kids loved having so many options for sleeping arrangements, access to a cornhole game, and an entire basement to themselves. The adults deeply the bottle of local wine awaiting after a long car ride!! SO small details made a difference- washer and 2 dryers, plenty of extra linens and towels, everything you need on a kitchen, and 3 TVs to keep all satisfied! "12 adults for a joint bachelor/ Bachelorette party for the weekend. More than enough beds and bathrooms for all of us plus 2 patios to hangout on. Ideal location for the dunes and close enough to bars if you have someone willing to drive. Access to lake and kayak included was great as well. Had a blast and would definitely stay again if dunes are a repeat vacation!"

The only down side to the area is that there is little to no cell reception so be sure to get your check in in for before arriving to the house. "
