Das war leider die schlechteste Unterkunft, welche wir seit Teenager-Zeiten gebucht haben. sehr veraltete Möbel, seit längerer Zeit wurde nicht mehr geputzt in der Coronazeit, Topf in der Küche war verbrannt, Pfanne verkratzt und im Ofen war gar kein Backblech vorhanden. So hatten wir uns das nicht vorgestellt. Das Preis-leistungsverhältnis stimmt gar nicht.

Alt aber sauber

Das Check-in war aufwendig, da kein Personal an der Unterkunft war. Es mußte in einem Hotel vor Ort erledigt werden. Die Unterkunft war sehr antik - wohl aus den 80er Jahren. Der Balkon war ungereinigt und vom Nachbarzimmer aus ohne Absperrung zugänglich. Insgesamt schlechtes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Leider nicht wie erwartet

Die Lage ist sehr schön und an sich ist der Park nett und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Das Parken ist auch kein Problem. Die Häuser sind von außen ganz nett, von innen renovierungsbedürftig. Der PVC Boden im Wohnbereich ist sehr mitgenommen und die Wohngarnitur sehr alt. Die Schlafzimmer waren in Ordnung. Leider fehlte bei der Küchenausstattung manches (1 Teelöffel für 4 Personen). Die Badezimmer waren sauber, die Küche bis auf manche Schubladen und Schränke ebenfalls. Das Sofa war leider voll mit Krümeln und es waren viele Weben an den Decken im ganzen Haus. Im Ganzen war es okay und passabel wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat. Leider ist der Preis jedoch für diesen Zustand zu hoch.

Het huis was koud, verwarmingselementen (collectoren) niet opgewarmd, eerste overnachting in een koud huis. Verscheidene keukenspullen, om af te wassen (wasmiddel) bvb en vuilniszakken ontbreken. Als je aankomt moet je al direct allerlei zaken aankopen, als je op tijd een winkel vind. De uitleg in vier talen is zeer slecht vertaald. Geen uitleg wat je moet doen met handdoeken, lakens, waarheen met de asse van de haard.

Sehr einsam, ideal für Wandern und Wassersport

Entfernungsangabe nach Aachen im Internet bei Buchung war total falsch. Statt genannten 5 KM waren es 40KM! Sehr einsame Gegend, sehr schlechte Internetverbindungen. Kaum Möglichkeiten, abends noch etwas zu unternehmen. Zu empfehlen nur für Wanderfreunde und Wassersportler im Sommer. Positiv waren das Essen im einzigen Hotel am Ort sowie die Nutzung von Sauna und Swimming-Pool.

Falsche Produktbeschreibung (Bilder)

Das gebuchte Zimmer befindet sich über einer Tennishalle. Anders als auf der Website von ebookers.de beschrieben, handelte es sich nicht um ein Ferienhaus sondern lediglich um ein Doppelzimmer über der besagten Tennishalle. Das ging aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor - somit war die Enttäuschung sehr groß. Zumal wir außerhalb der Saison dort waren und die Häuser teilweise Verfügbar waren. Eine kurzfristige Umbuchung ging nicht, da die Häuser nicht dauerhaft beheizt werden und eine Buchung nur mit einem Tag Vorlauf möglich ist. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet wie eine durchschnittliche Jugendherberge (eher altertümlich). Lediglich der Fernseher ist als Flatscreen ein neueres Model (leider durch DVBT teilweise schlechten Empfang).

Loved this cottage by the lake ! Great value.

We were so comfortable in this cottage. Normal sized bathroom and bedrooms. Nice kitchen. Felt very homey. Note: if you do not have any with you ( and coming from out of country, why would you?) you will need to pay for towels and bed linens, additionally. We paid about 10 euros per person! But, it was such a great value otherwise. After a great day sightseeing in Aachen, we even went swimming in the lake. Staff friendly, and even sent someone to check us in late as we had been delayed by traffic out of Frankfurt.

Schöne Umgebung mit spartanische Ausstattung

Die Lage rundum is landschaftlich sehr schön und sehr geeignet um schöne Spaziergänge zu machen. Das Personal im Park ist nett und hilfsbereit. Schön war auch der grosse Kamin im Ferienhaus mit einem Holzvorrat - wir haben den Kamin jeden Abend in Betrieb gehabt was sehr gemütlich war. Die Zimmer sind gross und es gibt viel Stauplatz für Kleider und Klamotten. Weniger schön war die Tatsache dass einige kaputten Glühbirnen im Haus nicht ersetzt waren und auch während unserem Aufenthalt nicht ersetzt wurden, obwohl dies von uns angesprochen worden war. Die Küche ist relativ klein und eng und slecht beleuchtet. Auch im Wohnzimmer ist es abends ziemlich dunkel, es gab zu wenig Beleuchtung und überhaupt keine Leselampen. Auch gab es kein WLAN im gesamten Ferienpark, so man ist gezwungen den Smartphone abzuschalten und sich die gesamte Zeit miteindander zu unterhalten :-)

Great stay

Our stay was great. It was a whole house rather than just a room. Only thing I would say is negative is that I had no idea we had to bring sheets and towels so it cost us an extra 22€ to rent those from the hotel. To save money bring own towels & sheets.
