Good location, with free buses nearby and easy walk to WACA and restaurants. Room was clean and a good size and breakfast was a reasonable price. Didn't have a car but free onsite parking would be a plus if I did.

Not the easiest of place to find at first as we did not have a car. But once you knew how to get to the property then it was easy.
The Spanish lady on reception was very helpful and the appartement was very clean.
My wife tried the swimming pool but she was not impressed.
The apartment is well situated being close to the CBD, the Elisabeth Quay and the main bus and train station.
It is at the back of the exhibition centre so I assume could be quite busy and noisy when sormething is on.When we were there, there wasn't anything on so it was very quiet.
The apartment was well equipped.
Overall I do recommend this place.
