"Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were not cleaned during the day. We had booked a room for 3 people so a spare bed was added to the room. No extra pillow are toweös though. Bedlinen had holes. Breakfast was very basic. Many tables were not clean and staff were nowhere to be seen. Staff at the reception were very friendly. "

"This was the nicest place to stay, we hade the quadruple room on the ground floor and it was perfect for us. The bed was great as it was adjustable. "My family booked a premium room at a wellness spa. This is not what we experienced. Access to the room was via a narrow staircase into the loft. No hand rails. Narrow steps.
