This property is very very basic with no facilities at all apart from a bathroom and beds. It does state on the listing that there is no kitchen but as there were kettles in each room, you would expect at the very least to have cups to enable you to make a drink but there was no equipment.
The listing states that they use a professional cleaning team. We have since contacted the owner about this and advised him that the cleaning team he was paying for were definitely not doing their job. The bathroom was in a disgusting state, everything was filthy, the floor was so dirty that it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for some time, with the previous people’s hair still there and flies crawling round. There was mould growing on the bathroom walls and the toilet and sink were generally in need of a good clean. You literally had to hold your breath before going in the bathroom because the stench was so awful.
This property may have been clean and super fresh at some point but I’m afraid it was run down and not maintained and cleaned properly. The toilet lid was broken off, there was damp coming through the bedroom wall from the bathroom, skirting was falling off, there was blood on the mattress from a previous tenant and the whole property didn’t look like it had been cared for at all.
Really, the only good thing about this property was that it was situated in a place where we could reach everything easily with a 24hr car park in walking distance and a metro.
