Newly House on the Beach with Sea View, Garden and Wi-Fi

In Sóller, directly on the sea, the beautiful 2-storey holiday home Can Joi, is situated in a quiet residential area and enchants its guests with a breathtaking outdoor area. The dreamlike accommodation has a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a dining room, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a cot and a high chair. The ultimate highlight is the furnished terrace where you have a fantastic panoramic view of Port de Sóller, the bay with its turquoise blue water and the beach. In addition, a small, beautifully-landscaped garden section with sun loungers invites you to relax and enjoy a carefree holiday. A selection of restaurants are within a radius of 100 m and a supermarket is 1.3 km away. The sandy beach Platja d'en Repic is only a few metres away.



Please note that the property is a semi-detached house (not an isolated house).



If you check in after 9:00 p.m. you will have to do it through a self check in or will have to pay an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The comfortable mattresses were newly purchased in 2019.
