"Texted staff that I required a very late check in due to attending a concert. At 930 p.m they texted me and said they were fully booked and they had gone ahead and checked me in to ensure the room and to have a great time at the concert! Got to the location at 1: 30 a.m. Valet service provided and smooth check in. Great staff."
