It was an incredible hotel. Staff was attentive to all our needs. A social thanks to Alexis and Juan Pablo, these two gentleman could not do enough for us. They were concerned of all our needs. They went above and beyond to make us happy and confortable. Needless to say all their staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Greenery! Garden very well kept. The shower does NOT have a curtain or enclosure therefore allowing water to spill onto the toilet, the sink, and the floor.

El lugar es muy lindo, pero a pesar de esto no quedamos satisfechos, ya que fuimos especialmente a descansar como turistas y contratamos el servicio de Spa y fue terrible, la persona estaba más pendiente de usar el celular que de hacer bien su trabajo, quede con dolores de espalda. Nos fuimos a quejar de inmediato donde nos dijieron que iban a tener una atención por el mal momento y nada sucedió. Lo otro es que en la habitación se escuchaban ruidos de la limpieza y arrastrando sillas desde las 6:30 am. El lugar es precioso, pero sin duda tienen cosas que mejorar.

Worst stay ever! Where do I begin, upon arrival the pool has an issue and a truck needs to pump water in the pool which took hours and was ver noisy. 2nd part of the hotel is under construction and all morning long from 8am ( you can really rest) you hear hammer noise Heavy machine cutting ext… that last all day. Booked a massage and while the therapist was great the hammer noise was horrible. My opinion that it will take them several more months to complete the construction. And last is the food, very disappointing nothing tasting good and I’ve asked for a medium well steak they took over 1 hr and brought it extremely well done. They offer to change it took extra 45 minutes and served it rare. Needless to say I was shocked, ordered the chicken instead and that was ok but took an extra 40 min. So after 2 hour and 25 minutes I finally eat. Same story the next day, I’ve explained I have an allergy for ham so I ask for a simple grilled chicken sandwich with no ham or cheese, took 1 hour and arrived with ham and cheese, I literally had no more words and just decided to leave the place. I spend on average of 140 nights in hotels a year and never had such bad experiences in any of the hotels I stay worldwide.

The place is a beauty but seems to me the staff is a bit disorganised. Coming back to the hotel after dinner the gate was closed and nobody was notified about opening for us or answering the phone calls. We waited outside 40 minutes while gangs of threatening looking bikers where passing. It clearly needs major communication between employees of different turns because that experience specifically was not nice at all. For the rest the place is beautiful but that’s it.

Only loud Electronic music is played the whole day
The hotel is beautiful!, the service and the food are good but from 10am until 10pm they play ONLY Electronic music which I don´t like. Playing the same type of music for 12 hrs is unbearable even if you are on a nice place, that is why we left after the first night, even thought we paid for 2 nights. The pictures on the website make you believe that this is a good place for a romantic and relaxing stay, but it is NOT. The hotel should post on their website that their experience is designed only for Electronic music lovers who want to party the whole day!

Todo estuvo excelente, el hotel es bello, la comida es muy buena y el servicio es muy amable. Lo único que podría mejorar es la cobertura del Wi-Fi en las habitaciones ya que estuvo bastante intermitente. En general super bien!
