The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an electric oven, the dishwasher, a coffee machine, the lunch table, and other small appliances. The living room has elegant furnishings. It has two sofas, a lunch table for six, the television and a balcony with the view of Piazza Tasso. All the rooms have AC and heating.ù

• Bedroom 3: has two single beds (upon request the two single beds can be joined and become a queen size bed), A/C and heating. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.
• Bedroom 4: has a pull-out bed, TV, A/C and heating. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.
• Bathroom 2: is equipped with a sink, bidet, shower, toilet and the hair drier. Access to the bathroom is from the hallway.
