Beach Cottage

Very easy to access, exactly as described. Great outdoor shower, close enough to the beach, reliable Wi-Fi. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

Very clean. Very good location. Very easily walk-able to the beach. Hosts were very accomidating and helped us out with whatever we needed. Super easy to check in and check out.

Great Cottage in Matunuck

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. It was again very clean and easily accessible. Property manager was a great communicator and the entire rental process was a breeze. Highly recommend this property.

Great beach cottage

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Kathy's place. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed, plus it's a short walk to a beautiful beach and a short drive to Matunuck Oyster Bar, which you should absolutely go to. Kathy even let us check-in early when we needed to escape a downpour. It was a great stay.

Just What We Needed!

Cute and comfortable cottage. Very clean! Loved the quiet setting and the nice deck for having morning coffee with the bunnies scampering about and the birds chirping. Great central location for exploring the nooks and crannies of the southern coast of RI. Host was very accommodating and responsive.

Perfect spot

Location and the cottage was wonderful. Walked to the beach, the vanilla bean, and the market along with the farm stand. Definitely recommend. Cottage was perfect and Kathy our host was great!

Great vacation spot!

Very clean and nice! Location is close enough to walk to beach if you choose. Far enough way away from the center of town which can be busy.

Great beach cottage

My wife, mother in law, one year old daughter and our dog stayed at this cottage. It was even nicer than we expected and very clean. Perfect amount of space for our family and we loved the outdoor shower!

Great Family Vacation

Took the family to this location at the end of the summer right before school and everything was great. House was perfect for the 5 of us and our dog. Close walk to ice cream which was a daily treat for the family. An easy walk to the beach to look for shells.

Miss Daisy Beach Retreat 5 Stars!

We loved our stay at the Miss Daisy summer cottage. Walking distance to all you need. Beach, Ocean Mist, Farm, and Ice Cream. Could not have asked for a better host. Cathy was a dream to work with. Already looking forward to our next beach vacay in Matunuck :-).

Amazing beach cottage

This cottage is very well equipped, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood where you can truly relax and enjoy your time away. It has one bathroom, but has the best outdoor shower so really having only one bathroom for 6 people was never an issue. It is so close to the beach, Ocean Mist, Vanilla Bean and the surf shop. We had a blast for our 3rd year in this cottage for our vacation. Highly recommended.

My Happy Place

Staying in this quaint little beach cottage was most enjoyable. The property was very clean and comfortable. Great location for walking to beach or beach bars. It was also fairly close to some of my favorite eating place such as Iggy's and George 's. The people in the neighborhood were friendly. Kathy my host was super easy to communicate with. I love this little cottage so much I looking forward to booking it next year.

Quiet, cozy, and comfortable beach cottage

The house is pristine clean. The kitchen and bathroom are nice and updated. The host Kathy was very responsive. Bedrooms are small but there are 3 bedrooms so plenty of space for a family of 5. Nice location - very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Matunuck beach, the market, ice cream. Perfect for a beach getaway.

Great place and host

Kathy was such a great host. One of the easiest to communicate with I’ve ever booked with. She was kind, informative, flexible and available. The place itself was spotless and very nice. Felt homey and quiet, great qualities for a quick relaxing get away. Location couldn’t have been better. Super short drive or very easy walk to the beach or the town’s amenities. Would recommend this spot and host to anyone.

A Cozy Beach house Cottage
