Beautiful, Clean, comfy place for our family vacation! Great kitchen with everything you could need. Nice showers in both bathrooms, comfortable beds. Close to the pool, close to the beach. Having a place to feel "at home" for the stay makes for a wonderful vacation.Thank you!

The condo was beautifully decorated. Kathy, the host, responded to my questions in a timely manner. Check-in instructions were clear and seamless. Stairs were a challenge due to my age, but that was not Kathy's fault.

Lovely stay

We love visiting the Tiki and loved our stay at Cathy's place. Condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We will definitely be back next year!

Amazing Vacation

This home was perfect for our needs. It was right off the beach and next to a local shop that made it easy to walk everywhere. The homes location was the least of it, the beds were super comfortable and everything was super clean from the get go. A definite place we plan to return too.

Amazing Easter weekend getaway

My husband and I came down with our daughter and my parents. It’s our 3rd time to the Tiki, first time at this unit! It was a beautiful unit, perfect for our family. Very clean and loved the decor and large kitchen island!. We spent days at the beach and evenings by the heated pool! It was a perfect 4 day getaway! Would stay here again!

Family Beach Vacation

The condo worked out great for our group of 4 adults & three kids. It’s was very spacious, clean, & comfortable. The well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook every day, but was close enough to enjoy dinner out our last night. An easy walk to the beach & the pool was even closer. Cathy made sure the check in/check out process was simple and she was always quick to respond to any question we had. Definitely a great choice for a beach vacation! This is the place to stay in SPI!

Cutest condo ever!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is absolutely gorgeous and literally backs up to the beach, so walking there to watch fireworks and the sunrise was a breeze. The condo itself was SUPER cute, very spacious and clean, updated, and two bathrooms was a huge plus! Cathy was an amazing host and communicated super quickly when I had questions and was extremely helpful. I 10/10 recommend staying here and would love to come back!!😁

Exceeded my expectations!!!

Plenty of space for 4 adults 2 teenagers and 2 kids. Fully equipped kitchen...comfortable beds. Nice balcony. Very clean. It's beautiful. .the pictures on VRBO don't do it any justice wait until you see it in person. Thank you! Cathy for allowing us to enjoy your condo.
