Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Facilities are old and are not good value for the price paid.

Checked in and the bed had a dipping hole on left side of bed. Terrible.tv not working. Asked front desk to change rooms and his response was I have a room not made up . Terrible

Stayed here in sep/26. when I walked into the room there was water on the floor all around the fridge and the laminate flooring was rotting. There was a foul smell from the drains in the washroom sink and the shower drain. The shower stall was very small.

Pictures of hotel room on app must be modified! The real room condition much lower than even motel when we travel through Canada! Terrible service looks like only one guy taking care off whole hotel! All facilities very very very poor!
