Spotless in Spokane

Located in the charming and historic Rockwood neighborhood on Spokane's beautiful South Hill, this is meticulously maintained two bedroom basement apartment will have you in a state of relaxation and peace. The patio features a gas grill, hot tub, and even has a cooling mister fan on hot summer days. The driveway is all yours and the zen backyard is gated and private.

Kitchenette is equipped with full-sized fridge/freezer, airfryer/toaster, two-burner hot plate, microwave, sink, reverse osmosis water, coffee maker, electric tea kettle. Also provided are coffee, cream, teas, sugar, stevia, honey, and fridge has butter, jams and jellies. Of course, dishes, cookware, utensils, 5 essential spices and spray oil etc., are all provided. The unit does not yet have a full stove.

Four-piece bathroom is stocked with hand-wash, shampoo & conditioner, bodywash, facial wash, lotion, feminine hygiene products, q-tips, and plenty of towels.

The location is as good as it gets for travelers. Gorgeous Manito Park is just one mile. one mile in the other direction is Spokane's historic downtown and Riverfront Park. Close proximity to three hospitals (especially Sacred Heart Hospital) makes this apartment especiallyconvenient while visiting loved ones who might be getting medical care or working temp jobs in the medical field. This is a wonderful place to rest after a difficult shift at work or a stressful situation with a sick loved-one.

Spotless in Spokane truly lived up to its name! The apartment was clean, cozy, and better stocked than any VRBO we've stayed in before. From slippers for the hot tub to laundry supplies to the reverse osmosis water, the host really goes the extra mile! The backyard was lovely. Host was also great about communicating.

From start to finish this home away from home was delightful! Fresh muffins when we arrived and a wonderful sanctuary back yard with a hot tub couldn’t have made our stay better. The decor was lovely. Everything and more than you need. Can’t wait to return.

Secret refuge

Wonderful property, great accommodations, and easy communication with the host. I was in town for some tough emotional business at the hospital. The unit was cozy and homey, and the hot tub and garden helped soothe away the stress at the end of the day. Short walk to the hospital as well. Highly recommended!

Awesome host!!

This was the best host ever!! She was so friendly and helpful! She made us the best gluten free banana muffins I have ever had!! The place was spotless and beautiful! I would for sure stay there again! The only drawback of this place is you can hear people walking upstairs which can be a bit annoying but I just turned the tv on and had no issues with it anymore.

My son and I had the pleasure of staying at this clean and comfortable property. Everything was as listed and the host, Lisa, was excellent. We were just there for a couple of nights but found the house to be clean, in a safe neighborhood and overall very pleasant. Would definitely rent again when in the area.

Great long weekend getaway

Great location

I stayed for a volleyball tournament that was at the convention center. It was easy getting there and back. There are some really great restaurants right up the hill, too. The property was so cute and quiet. It had everything I needed for 4 nights. I have not a single negative thing to say. I had a question about the tv and Lisa got back to me right away. She checked in the morning of. The bed was very comfortable. Cooking was easy. I would stay here again.

Cozy stay!

In town for college move in with my son and husband. This was the perfect place and had everything we needed and then some. It was so nice to come home here after some really long days. It was clean, cozy and private with the cutest backyard to sit and relax. Lisa was awesome with communication and had delicious fresh baked muffins for us upon arrival. Great place and great host! Look forward to staying here again when in town. Loved it!

Absolutely perfect!

We needed a comfortable spot to meet up with family who we hadn’t seen in a while. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. The host has given a lot of thought and attention to the details that make you feel like you’re at home, rather than at a hotel. Homemade muffins await you. Full kitchen with condiments, coffee, tea, milk, butter for your use. It’s truly spotless, spacious, and comfy. Private backyard that feels like a zen garden. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was available. We did use the full-size washer/dryer to take care of things from the vacation that preceded the family visit. Strongly recommend
