“The hotel is in a really great location and staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast quality was quite poor but did the trick for us. We arrived at the hotel at 3pm and were shocked at the $30 charge for early check in. Check in is at 4. The hotel had very few guests staying that night. Our room was ready for us but not without another $30. We felt our business was not appreciated. It just sent all the wrong messages. The staff were great though and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Absentee owners. Window had a crack in it already when we rented and it broke at no fault of our own. They kicked us out with still 2 days left on our reservation then stole $500 of my credit card. Do not go there. It is a dive hotel”

“We came to Sylvan for my daughter's 21st bday. The motel is pretty much what you would expect from one of the cheaper options in town. The guy running the place was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. We learned they are being torn down for some fancy condos in tbe near future so you get what you get 😆 For a quick one night stop it was worth the price for a place to crash right on Lakeshore Drive.”
