With space for 8, this home is ideal for families traveling together. This single-level home features a bright, pristine kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room. Doors from the living room lead to a screened-in porch with a BBQ grill for your enjoyment. Let your pups run freely in the fenced yard!

The home includes a king bed master suite with an ensuite bathroom that boasts a garden tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms consist of one King, one Queen, and a twin bunk room—perfect for your little travelers! There is also an additional full bathroom. Guests will have access to the washer and dryer in the laundry room and the garage, which houses our 4-seater electric golf cart (available for an additional charge of $200).

You'll love spending time outdoors with the amenities WindMark Beach offers! Enjoy beach access from the boardwalk at the Village Center. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride along the Beachwalk boardwalk, which runs parallel to the bay, or drive the golf cart to the town center for a meal at The View on Old 98. You can also grab pizza to enjoy on the beach at Bruno's Pizza!

The Town Center offers a variety of stores, including paddleboard rentals, a fitness center, an aesthetic boutique, a grocery market, and a craft cocktail bar. You'll love the Village Center Club, which features a beautiful zero-entry pool. When not swimming, children can enjoy the large lawn area and playground adjacent to the pool deck.

Throughout the year, the Village Green hosts various events, from outdoor music performances to family movie nights.

- This property is dog-friendly. We allow one dog, but it must be approved prior to booking. Please provide the breed and weight for approval. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $175 for one dog; second dog, if approved is an additional $75 fee. Thank you for understanding!

-To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit MAY have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, umbrellas, sun screen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Pet Rules:

Golf Cart Rules:
- The golf cart is available for an additional charge of $200. Contact our Reservations team if you'd like access to the golf cart.
- If the fee is paid and the Golf Cart Agreement is signed, you'll receive the code for the golf cart key at check-in.
- All guests must sign and adhere to the Golf Cart Waiver. Guests are solely responsible for the golf cart during their stay. If damage occurs, guests will be charged for repairs and a replacement rental during repair time.
- A $150 fee applies if the golf cart key is lost, stolen, or damaged.
