Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Here are several things to be improved or wrongfully described. Without these improvements, it’s not worth to stay at the requested room rates. 1. The host needs to clearly describe the apartment unit locates in basement. 2. Not luxurious at all at a fair appraisal. 3. The entire house smells fungi. 4. The interior walls need to be painted. 5. The shower booth leaks due to broken seals. 6. No frypans, boiling/cooking pots, washing detergent, etc, were provided. 7. The house is actually 1-1/2 baths with only one shower booth, NOT 2 baths at all. 8. The host did not provide the door access info, until asked, even after the check-in time. I’m confident this feedback is based on the facts without any bias. Frustrated. Future customers, now it’s your choice!
