The Sunset motel is quaint and clean. The rooms are small, but has everything you need. The only problem we had is it's location. It's on the way to the Mackinac Bridge so we were subject to loud truck traffic all night. I sleep with ear plugs and it was still loud. If the noise doesn't bother you, then it was a very nice place to stay. Gardens were amazing!!

The flowers were beautiful just as the picture show even better. The staff was wonderful at the office. Very nice to talk to. I tipped the house cleaning extra in person because I think she does a really good job.!! yes, I would stay here again…

No issue with Sunset Motel. Clean and staff were excellent. My issue was booking with third party Expedia. We has a issue and had to leave after only one night, because we used Expedia instead of calling and booking with the Sunset Motel direct we paid for two night and only was able to stay one night. No credit issue for the second night?
