Wonderful Stay

Home was very comfortable and had great amenities. Location was very convenient to beach, shopping and attractions. Neighborhood was very quiet. Everyone enjoyed the pool area that made us feel we were in a private resort. Family would definitely stay here again.

Great Central Location for Family Stay in Tampa/Clearwater

Spent a week at this great property in Feb. it was great for us to be near the Grandparents, but also a central location for trips to the beach, and Tampa attractions (Zoo/Busch Gardens). The pool was a lot of fun (and warm even though the weather dipped into the 60s). The house had everything we needed and the beach stuff was an added bonus. We’d definitely stay again if in the area.

Very Modern and Clean

This property is clean and has up to date appliances. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub with just the right temperature. The house stayed cool when the temperature was 98 degrees outside. The BBQ Grill was clean, and we use it for cooking hotdogs and hamburgers. We couldn't find anything wrong with this great property. Peter replied to any questions with in 10 to 15 minutes. This property is in our top 2 VRBO properties and we have rented over 40 properties across the United States!Richard

A great place to stay

The home was exactly as pictured, but it’s even better in person. The pool was perfect for our needs as well. Peter was great to work with. Its a quiet neighborhood close to the beach.. We would definitely recommend this property!
