“We had a great 2 week stay in the villa, 2 families with teens and a three year old. The villa was perfect, really great to have all the bedrooms of similar (big) size, aircon and their own bathroom, worked really well with teenagers.The pool was beautifully clean and really well maintained, as was the surrounding garden. “This is a gem of an immaculately and tastefully restored farmhouse, set in spectacular olive trees and pine forest. Access is via a long driveway to a house that is about a kilometre from the village. There is total peace at the head of the valley, sitting beside the excellent pool, looking down on the lovely village of Santa Maria dei Guidicci. Sofia and Pierre-Angelo were graceful and very attentive hosts and we highly recommend this unique holiday home.”

“Ein Haus, bei dem es an Nichts fehlt! Bestens ausgestattet und komfortabel und sehr familiär, könnte man seinen Urlaub auch alleine auf dem Anwesen verbringen. Die Haushälterin Ingrid, steht einem jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und organsisiert auf Wunsch auch kleinere Ausflüge und Events. Alles war sehr sauber und professionell. Nur leider war unser Urlaub zu kurz ;)”

“Nous avons passé une semaine entre amis dans cette grande maison. De grandes chambres toutes climatisées avec leur sdb Le logement est assez central pour rejoindre les principaux sites touristiques de Toscane. La grande piscine a fait le bonheur des enfants. Mario était disponible quotidiennement par message pour toutes nos questions. ”

“Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, gutes WLAN, fußläufig zum Ort, wir haben das Auto unten stehen gelassen und den steilen Weg vermieden (so schlimm ist der allerdings gar nicht), der Pool ist grandios, sehr sauber mit wunderschöner Aussicht, die Betten bequem. Zwei Hängematten zwischen Olivenbäumen perfekt zum relaxen. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind leider nicht sehr bequem, die Küche nur ok ausgestattet, es waren keinerlei Gewürze,...

“Ein tolles Haus mit einem super Gastgeber, Tommaso steht bei allen Fragen sofort zur Verfügung und ist immer erreichbar. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Region. Gute Restaurants, Tennis- und Padelplätze sind in der Nähe. Der Pool und die Klimaanlage sind unbezahlbar. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen.Tim mit Familie”

“The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍”
