"A great place for 13 women- family and friends- to gather and explore Tuscany from. It was an easy drive to Florence and to the Chianti villages and wineries, and the villa and grounds provided a lovely place to rest between the touring. Cate and her family were amazing, the activities and dinners were wonderful, the cool salt water pool was refreshing. Our entire group was very happy and we all highly recommend! :)"

"Montisi is a quaint village that is anywhere from 10 minutes to one hour drive to fabulous hill towns and wine tasting. The house is simple but charming. We spent most of our time while at the house by the pool, dining on the terrace and enjoying the beautiful views and sunsets. The kitchen is well appointed and with 4 women, we each enjoyed having our own bathroom. Luigi is a gracious host and provides excellent recommendations. I have every intention of returning! "We loved our stay! There were 5 adults and plenty of room for all of us. The house looks similar if not better than the photos. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Francesca made everything very easy for us - including rides to and from the airport, and having a rental car ready to go for us at the house. "The views of San gimignano are amazing from the outside seating area. Close enough to walk or a short drive into town but feels like a rural setting. Alessandro is also very helpful and the villa is well stocked. Pool are is great. Best part is going into town after the hordes of tourists board their buses back to Firenze."

"The road up is narrow and a little challenging but so worth the breathtaking views !!! The pool overlooking the hills and the manicured landscaping were top notch! We were close enough to a small town to enjoy the local restaurants good food, groceries and other towns to do day trips as well. The Villa had everything to make our Stay very comfortable. The little cottage allowed us two couples separate sleeping and bathroom privacy."

"Das Haus liegt in Zanca ca. 160 m über Seehöhe im Nordwesten von Elba, ziemlich abgeschieden. Bis zum Stand von St. Andrea geht man bergab ca. 15-20 Minuten, bergauf ist es besonders bei höheren Temperaturen schon recht anstrengend. Einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es in ca. 150 m Entfernung, einen Bäcker in ca. 500 m Entfernung (bergab). Die Hausausstattung ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist weder eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine noch ein Toaster vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind einfacher Art....

"We stayed in the house for a few weeks with friends and children and our dog. The property is well maintained, kitchen has everything you need, rooms are clean. There is enough space for two families. The view is beautiful and the pool area is proper. The owners communicate promptly and are responsive to requests. However, you should know that the nearest shops can only be reached by car, since the house is very quiet and secluded. you also have to drive to go out in the evening. But we really enjoyed the rest, everything was fine for us!"

"Nice house suitable for a family of 3-4. Two bed rooms, one with a double bed. Living room and well equipped kitchen. Very cozy property a kilometer or so from the town center. The host family lives in another house on the same property, and are very nice and hospitable, while not being intruding in any way.
