Staff plays a very important part in a hotel's reputation, and every staff member I encountered were genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They handled everything with a smile and a "can-do" attitude. They were all so consistently helpful and attentive! I must say it's rare to find a property where every department operates with such genuine warmth.
