"Da das Haus aus Baujahr 2025 war, gab es daran nichts auszusetzen. Gute Einrichtung. 6 deutsche Fernsehprogramme, jedoch nur die Werbung war bei RTL und SAT mit Ton, Filme oder Fußball-Liveübertragungen tonlos. Im Aussenbereich sind die Bepflanzungen an der unzenliegenden Terrasse noch nicht abgeschlossen. Aber ansonsten alles gut, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. "

"Die Wohnung war sauber und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr umfangreich. Leider war in der Wohnung ein unangenehmer Geruch, der auch von den mehrfach aufgestellten Lufterfrischern nur teilweise lberdeckt werden konnte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief über Mail Kontakt und war reibungslos. Der Strand war in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der zugewiesene Parkplatz war auch nur wenige Meter entfernt. "The esthetics of the hotel are fine, the room looked clean, it didn't smell to clean however it looks fine. The heating was not working, the bathroom is not practical as is open and you have to clean it after having a shower as it gets everything wet, they even put the tools to do it, so they are very aware of the issue. The hot water was intermittent so I didn't enjoyed the shower at all. Breakfast has variety, however low quality, microwaved eggs, and other things that taste like plastic. On the website the breakfast was announced for like €34, on the desk they asked me for €21, too expensive for what they offer. Not really my cup of tea. Happy to share pictures but I don't see the option to add them."

"Perfect houseboat vacation. We loved the boat, ever so slightly swaying at the front of the boat, but couldn't feel it in the beds, made us at home and relaxed. Very clean and appropriately appointed for our needs of eating out or cooking in (grocery store right across the canal, a 2 minute walk). The town is lovely to walk around or bike. We happened to be in town during a June parade and loved the experience. We ate at two local restaurants that were delicious. We enjoyed the kayak and stand up paddleboards in the canals for most of a day (definitely recommend). Can't wait to come back. "
