Cozy private family ranch cottage! Vineyards, Britt Festival and Applegate Lake!
Everything was good except for the bed downstairs. Memory foam mattresses or memory foam toppers are terrible to sleep on. Hosts should provide a firm bed with an optional topper for those who like that.

Breathtaking Applegate River Home Retreat<br>~ Newly Remodeled Home
Nice quiet with a lot of activities from games to outdoor fishing or walking. We had a good time & would recommend another stay!
