The property is out of town slightly so it is quiet. It is pet friendly and there is a good area of green space. Lots of room for free parking. After hours there isn’t any staff there to assist if you need so that was worrisome as a solo traveler. There was also no hot water to take a shower in the morning.

An excellent hotel but a nightmare to find. Google Maps took us to the same address as the hotel but in Winnipeg instead of Steinbach. That 1000 Main Street is full of street and homeless people, and derelicts, decrepit buildings with people leaning on the buildings. It was just awful and we were afraid about trying to get out to a safe location. Then the direction link which Expedia sent us directed us to an Autobody and Glass business, not the hotel. A kind Winnipeg police officer helped us to find Steinbach. The address on the listing said Highway 52 West rather than 1000 Main Street (which was also correct) so misunderstandings abounded. But the hotel staff (when we finally got there very late) were very helpful and kind. A nice place to stay as long as you can find it.

It didn't look like the room was cleaned before I came. Around the tub it looked like there was mold. Breakfast included was very good.

Okay facility. Staff in the bistro were wonderful. The supervisor (Danny) in the bar who also checked me in was rude, impolite and condescending.

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our overnight stay at the Frantz Inn. Our room was clean and fresh. We had dinner at their RBistro Restaurant in the hotel. Our servers so friendly and we enjoyed a delicious meal. The next morning our breakfast was included and what a delicious breakfast, We would highly recommend this place to stay.
