All guests were completely satisfied & loved the place, which is huge because there is always that one!!! “Andrea was quick to send us our check in items on our first day. We knew the property was gorgeous from other reviews and photos, but first views out of the test room were magnificent. The setup was ideal for a large family. Great cooking equipment including pots, pans, and dishes. We talked with John and Andrea a few times during our stay and they are great people that certainly makes us want to return. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. ”

“This home was great for our annual family vacation. Loved the screened in breakfast room where we sat chatting every morning over coffee. The best surprise was the second refrigerator. In past years we had to make ice runs to keep all the beverages cold, not this year. Our Kids and the Grands made the most of the location with river access with swimming and paddle board fun just down the hill. Eileen was a super considerate host. Thanks for sharing your wonderful lakeside home!”

"The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder. I hope the hotel's management improves its cleanliness and renovates the facilities. The hotel has beautiful surrounding areas, but they literally look abandoned. The visitor center is beautiful, as is the natural beauty of the place. It's truly a great shame that the hotel is so dirty and abandoned."
