"Too Easy! And Brooke is super patient and accommodating. My 1st time using VRBO and I had many hiccups with comms and payment processing. Hopefully Brooke isnt too annoyed with me…Thanks for your patience Brooke!!The house is as seen on the listing. Clean, accommodating many people for sleeping and the back deck is so perfect for hanging out with many people. I love a covered deck and porch! We also super appreciated the grill with charcoal and chimney. We love to grill and having those items made it so we didnt have to waste time going to the store. We brought our boat, small 176, and was able to park it at the house. And the house is a short drive to Grove Marina which was perfect for not wasting time getting on the water! I might regret that statement as I can imagine this house may not be available the next time I want to go to Laurel. Overall a very accommodating house for our short stay!! "

"The cabin was quiet and secluded. As several reviews mentioned, there is a friendly dog that visits, but was not bothersome. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. All the amenities were as stated, including plenty of games. The location is also very convenient to Holly Bay Marina and the spillway beach. "
