“Everything was great until, we got locked out. I accidentally click wrong digit wrong then done the right one right after and it locked us out and would not let us in. My phone was locked in, I tried to contact them from borrowed phone and communication was really bad. We was locked out for over hour. They manually unlocked after over hour but original passcode would not work and they never resolved and it was the first day. We had to pack and leave early because we could not log back in the……
