"We stayed for 4 days. We had a wonderful stay, the house was beautiful. Steve, the property manager/caretaker, was wonderful. He was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. He knew we were having a small wedding on the property and made everything beautiful, made the driveway nice and smooth. I do not have a bad thing to say about our stay. We hope to return with all of our 25 guests in the future! "

Close enough to Bethel and Sunday River Golf Club for exploring and golf, but far enough away for privacy. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a multi-family or buddies trip. "

Visited on an extra chilly and windy stretch but house incredibly warm and cozy even during a brief power outage thanks to an automated generator. Outstanding responsiveness from host.
