Nestled amongst the treetops right in the heart of the residential centre of Coolum Beach, this gorgeous character cottage offers a seamless blend of eclectic style and modern sophistication just a short drive from the beach, shops and cafes.

The decked timber walkway leads to the front entrance of the home, where the front door opens to reveal an interior boasting relaxed contemporary style and character features throughout. Spread over one level, the floorplan of the cottage includes a living space complete with three-seater lounge, armchairs and Smart TV while the polished timber flooring and feature slate wall offer a combination of modern and boho design. Entertain family and friends in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a server window that opens out to the covered BBQ deck set amongst the treetops for relaxed alfresco dining with a peaceful leafy view, set up and work from home in the office space provided while you look out at the view. Let the kids run around in the huge, fully fenced yard while you enjoy a morning coffee or sip on an evening sundowner on the deck above. Guests will be accommodated in one of three bedrooms with a queen bed in the master, double bed in the second bedroom and double bed in the third bedroom, the property also accommodates a fold out sofa couch if required, the bathroom offers a shower over the bath, vanity and toilet, Airconditioning is set throughout for comfort.
