Enjoy an Endless Summer from this top-floor oceanfront condo unit (1Q, 2F) with a spectacular view. The covered balcony is a great place to watch the sunset. Beautifully decorated, this home features stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, tile floors, living and dining areas, two bedrooms, and two baths.

You'll find updated living room furniture, mattresses, and fresh paint this year as well as smart TVs in the living area and each bedroom. Paved parking under the building. Near local restaurants, grocery store, marina, and bridge. Wireless internet is provided, and outdoor showers are on the boardwalk between buildings.

The entire exterior of the building was updated, as well as the shower facilities, decks, porches, and a walkway to the beach was added. This home does not have a grill, but you can rent one for the week through one of the local beach equipment rental companies.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
