The Skipper - Great 2nd Row Condo with Close Beach Access!

Enjoy marsh, ocean and ICW views from this upper level, well-equipped and maintained condo. WIFI access, basic Cable in living room area. Bedroom one has a Queen with a TV . Bedroom two has 2 singles. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Chairs on balcony. Captain's Villas amenities include community swimming pool, tennis court, outdoor grills and private access to the beach located between 1067 & 1069 OBW.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

RVs, Boats, Trailers, Golf Carts, Electric Motor Vehicles and similar items are not allowed in the Captain’s Villas parking lot. Renters are not permitted to invite guests to use the Captain’s Villas amenities (pool, tennis courts, private beach access). Amenities are only for renters actually staying at Captain’s Villas.

Wonderful week, beautiful weather and amazing accommodations. Enjoyed the views and comfort of the place . Location to the beach was fantastic. We have already reserved same place for next year!!
