POOL - Waterfront and Dreamy Views - Private Beach Access

This waterway home located in the private subdivision of Pointe West gives you spectacular views of the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway! Watch the deer and other wildlife roam the marsh. Ocean view from 3 of the bedrooms and office nook. Enjoy relaxing by your own private pool. Easy walk to the beach. Private beach access located at the end of the street (between 1049 & 1053 OBW). Beautiful gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A second refrigerator/freezer is located on the ground floor, along with a commercial ice maker for easy access when relaxing by the pool, grilling out and filling coolers. Separate sitting area on first level equipped with TV. Fresh paint and décor in all common areas exudes a beachy vibe. All the amenities for a memory-making vacation!

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heater will not be turned on May-August. ***

Please make sure all cars and golf carts are parked in the driveway or on the gravel car pad at front of home. On street parking is not allowed.
Please leave sheets and bedding in each room they were used. Please leave all towels in bathrooms.
Please bring trash cans to street for Tuesday and Saturday pick up. Please make sure to run the dishwasher with all dirty dishes prior to departure.
