Apartment Villa Sunshine is located in the quiet picturesque town of Sutivan on the island of Brac. Shared garden as well as a common BBQ grill with an outdoor dining area are at your disposal. Apartment Villa Mimmi also comes with a private balcony. Public parking is available. Reservation is not possible. A baby cot is available upon request. This two bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It features air-conditioning as well as free Wi-fi. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, water kettle, stove, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and dining area. The bathroom comes with a shower and toilet. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are at your disposal. Free toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided. Sutivan is a popular family vacation town, with wonderful beaches and beautiful marina. Due to the properties good locatin, everything you may need during your stay can be found in the neighbourhood. Beach is only 200 m from Apartment Villa Sunshine. Market, restaurants and bars can be found within 150 m from the property. Airport is located 40 km from the property.
