“Sophie’s Farmhouse was a wonderful property for our Easter getaway. With 16 adults we had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to choose from. The house is large and has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Large kitchen and dining area works well for large groups and there is an outside dining area also. Having an enormous commercial refrigerator as well as a large refrigerator in the kitchen was amazing as we bring so much food and drinks - so loads of space. Really……

“The kitchen had everything req'd,however, the pots and pans probably need to be replaced as the coating on the items was breaking down so they have reached their use-by date. We had a great stay even if only for 2 nights and the only problem we had was with the hairdryer-or the lack of one even though it was listed in the amenities. Other than that we really enjoyed the cottage, the animals and the location which was excellent for visiting most of the Southern Highlands area.”

“There was no reception and no wifi available despite what the listing says. We had to book another place as I needed to check into work. Owner was very dismissive of the problem Also he sent us the wrong pin so sent us on a 30 minute round trip. Spider webs and hair were in the shower/bedroom and there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Couldn’t open the window as so many spiders just outside the window ”
