Inside, modern interiors and an open plan living area create a perfect setting for your stay, offering both comfort and style. Outside, a large lawn makes a great area for ball games. The popular town of Svetvincenat is just 6 minutes’ drive away, home to a selection of restaurants and cafes plus the historic Grimani castle. WiFi and air conditioning/heating are included in all bedrooms and living area.  

Located in the countryside, Villa Olive Tree boasts an ideal location for walking and cycling through the picturesque surroundings. The stunning Istrian coastline is just a 20 minute drive away, offering access to the beautiful beaches of Pula and Rovinj. Why not visit the charming old city of Rovinj and enjoy the local cuisine at one of the many waterside bistros. Fazana Beach is reachable within a 20 minute drive, and Svetvincenat is a short 6 minute drive away, leading to the enchanting Grimini Castle, where a variety of cultural events take place during the summer.
