"The staff were wonderful and accommodating & it felt welcoming right from the start. Wish I had checked out the restaurant at the top! The pool is amazing, but strange set up with lounges/chairs. Would be great to have more loungers. The gym is the BEST! Great set up, clean and has everything you need for a hotel workout. The Spa looked incredible, although we didn't make a booking there. The "Harbor Views" were the only downside, we just looked out on a busy highway, but all good- the amazing location made up for it. "

"The accommodations were comfortable, cool and clean. Front desk staff were super helpful and welcoming. It’s always a bonus when housekeeping are seen actively cleaning and maintaining common areas. Will definitely be back when visiting Woolloomooloo."
