Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this spacious and beautifully furnished half of a house with approximately 160 m² of living space—ideal for families or groups of friends of up to 6 people. Quietly situated yet right in the heart of charming Rantum, Marmelbloom combines comfort, coziness, and the perfect location for unforgettable days by the sea.

The moment you step inside, you’ll feel the home’s special atmosphere: bright rooms, high-quality materials, thoughtful details, and a well-designed layout create a home where you’ll feel right at home and can unwind immediately. Three cozy bedrooms with beautiful hardwood floors and stunning views of the mudflats offer plenty of space for restful nights.

The heart of the home is the open-concept living and dining area with a modern kitchen. Here, you can cook together, laugh, and wind down at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped—with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, and many other amenities that will make your stay especially pleasant.

The bright living area, with its comfortable sofa nook, TV, hi-fi system, books, board games, and lovingly selected details, invites you to spend relaxing hours with family and friends. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Especially family-friendly: For young guests, children’s toys, beach and sand toys, and various high chairs—including a Stokke TrippTrapp—are provided. This allows families to travel stress-free and with light luggage.

Two stylish bathrooms—one of which also features a bathtub—as well as a separate guest restroom ensure maximum comfort even for larger groups. A special highlight after a day at the beach is the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A washing machine, iron, and practical extras make the Marmelbloom house ideal for longer stays as well.

Outside, a true vacation idyll awaits you: the sheltered, secluded south-facing terrace invites you to enjoy long hours in the sun and relaxed barbecue evenings on the Weber grill. The large garden table comfortably seats up to eight people—perfect for shared breakfasts, long summer evenings, or a glass of wine under the open sky. A parasol provides pleasant shade on warm days. The lovingly tended garden offers plenty of peace and privacy. A special favorite spot is the bench bathed in morning sun with a beautiful view of the mudflats—perfect for your first cup of coffee in the morning or a quiet moment to take a breather. In the cozy beach chair, you can relax and enjoy the Sylt air even on windier days.

The fine-sand beach is only about 500 meters away and easily accessible in just a few minutes on foot. A small supermarket, bakery, restaurants, and boutiques are also nearby—perfect for a relaxing vacation without having to travel far.

For a comfortable arrival, two private parking spaces are available right in front of the house.

The Marmelbloom house is a smoke-free home and has been furnished with great attention to detail—a place to feel at home, unwind, and return to again and again.
