Great location and absolutely wonderful Staff. Tracey at reception was absolutely lovely. Beds are clean and comfy. This hotel could do with a thorough deep clean though. Dust and stains on walls, and carpet is questionable. It’s fine for a one.night stay.

Excellent location - short walks to Buchanan Bus Station, Central Station, and Queen Street Station, and Buchanan street shops + various quality restaurants. My room was clean + spacious, with only a small amount of street noise. Barman (Ben) is excellent. Front desk staff are bit snippy.

Clean room, small bed. Hot tub closed when we were there. Staff lovely and helpful.

Very large apartment for the price. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and dining area. Was very clean, beds were comfortable and it had a washer which was nice, although we didn't need to use it. Couldn't figure out how to work one of the showers, so we just used the other one. We overall felt safe because there were a couple of pubs on the same street and several people out walking, but the apartment building is right next to a homeless shelter, which became very active in the evening. We heard talking & yelling throughout the night until about 3:30 am, When we came back from dinner, the main building door to the street was open, but there's another door that's secured in order to enter the building further. We were on the 4th floor, so we felt safe, but I did get up a few times during the night when the yelling & noise got loud. It was a short 7-minute walk to the train station, which was great for us.
