The staff were really friendly! I booked a spa treatment and the receptionist Faye was really welcoming and was really supportive and helpful when it came to booking a procedure.

This hotel is a gem, is on the royal mile, just outside the of the crazy, you can walk everywhere. The breakfast was amazing, and the breakfast staff was the so kind and considerate. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful as well. The rooms have everything you need. My one and only complaint ...
