Perfect location and friendly staff! This is a lovely hotel right in the heart of the main square, surrounded by shopping and dining options. I was treated to a room upgrade when I arrived and had a lovely view of the square - thank you for a lovely stay!
The location can’t be beat in this authentic villa turned hotel. As soon as I arrived, I realized how unique the staff is with excellent service and friendliness. Breakfast on the town square itself was also a joy each morning. I will return without hesitation.
I absolutely fell in love with this hotel and Syros itself! The most beautiful island and cleanest streets. Everything is in walking distance but renting a bike of car is also recommended to see the countryside and explore more beaches.
The room was large and stylish although very dark with very little natural light. We stayed in the annexe which is located about 150m from the main hotel down a narrow alley. No balcony or outside space so difficult to get anything dry after going to the beach.
One of the most beautiful & homie hotel rooms we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in!!
We were OBSESSED with the stone walls in the interior!
Thank you Syros Soul for making our trip so memorable & special!
This hotel is NOT suited for senior w/limited mobility. 22 steps to access room floor. The room itself was water damaged given an over flow of shower area with select floor planks swelling 1 cm above floor surface, (photos available) certainly a tripping concern that should be addressed. When pointing this issue out the hotel attendant he refused to acknowledge this problem. Also, there was an issue of the entrance key. The attendant “insulted me with his comment that my senior age AND MY NOT UNDERSTANDING HOW THE KEY WORKED. My wife and I CHECKED OUT of this disaster of a hotel the next day. Stayed 1 night, pre paid for 2 nights. Lesson learned, DON’T BOOK THIS DISASTROUS HOTEL. R. LANE 17/06/26
