The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping was done daily, ensuring fresh towels every day. The décor was unique and beautiful, which added to the overall experience.
The hotel was conveniently located near many entertainment venues and restaurants, and South Beach was just a short walk away. I also enjoyed their daily champagne hour in the afternoon.
The only improvement I would suggest is having more variety in the breakfast selection from day to day. Other than that, my overall stay was amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience
