For a family of four staying two nights, this would amount to £80, which seems excessive. Typically, hotels that advertise facilities such as a pool, gym, or spa include access within the room rate, so it was disappointing to find this was not the case here. Additionally, the steam room was out of order during our stay, the changing facilities were below expectations, and the lockers required guests to bring their own padlocks. My advice is stay at the Hilton or Radission ,they are similar in price and free acess to the pool.

The hotel itself was clean and spacious with standard decent breakfast. Also the spa area though a bit dated, is lovely with a warm good sized pool and hot tub. The only issue is they need to pay attention to the toilets in the lobby as they are always a proper mess, almost like using public toilets in a park. Also, I would advise everyone to always check the bedding as I found out that there were horrid pee stains on the mattress topper that were hidden by clean sheets! Totally unacceptable. The fact that this is a pet friendly hotel makes it difficult to tell whether the pee stains were from a baby or a pet. This should have been washed and not merely covered with a clean sheet. Other than that, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here as the location is perfect and the spacious and clean rooms live up to the Hilton name.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was ok but the sheets didn't fit the beds!
