Beautifully Renovated Secured 2br/2bth Condo - 1 Block From Beach & Downtown

Completely remodeled 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Tamarindo vacation rental condo with all new furnishings, shared pool, fully equipped kitchen, king and queen beds, AC, Cable TV and wifi internet. Bedrooms have king size in the master bedroom, the second bedroom has queen size bed with an additional twin loft bed to sleep 5 in total. The living room has a new sofa bed as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern updates and has everything to cook, plus appliances coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, etc.

There is plenty of closet space in each bedroom at this Tamarindo vacation rental. Balcones del Pacifico is very peaceful complex and properties share a beautiful common area and large swimming pool, lounge chairs and lawn area. This condo is the perfect space for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, great for couples and small families. The condo is located just 1 block from the beach and downtown Tamarindo so you would never need a vehicle. There is a grocery store a half a block down the street as well as a food court, park, and taxi stand.
The property manager can help make arrangements for transportation, tours, car rentals, etc...and speaks fluent English and Spanish.

Tamarindo beach is perfect place to learn how to surf, kayak, paddle board and more! The town is a surf meca and is known from the famous Endless Summer surf video. You can learn how to surf on the perfect beach break in Tamarindo or venture out to near by surf spots. The town also offers a variety of shopping, restaurants, outdoor activities or simply relaxing. We stayed here for 3 weeks in February with 2 young kids and 3 adults. The was responsive and helpful if we ever needed anything. This place was a pleasant surprised. We were taken aback on how much space the living area had. The Master bedroom was large and had a walk in bathroom. The second bedroom had bunk beds, which would be ideal for kids. There is a separate 'common' area with the bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom so that you can close off the living room/kitchen area if you need to keep noise out. It also has space to store your suitcases or overstock clothes if you need to. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you possibly need. We cooked quite a bit during our stay and found it easy to navigate with the tools they had available. The living area was nice and there is a cute balcony that faces the pool area. The pool itself is great and the neighbours around tend to be really nice people and we got to know a few of them during our stay. The condo seems to attract friendly people. The only complaint I had was that the internet can be brutal. I had work a couple days and found myself having to switch to mobile hotspot bc the bandwidth wasn't that great on wifi specifically(the TV that uses streaming was excellent though). Jennifer mentioned that this is typical in the area and others confirmed this. Other than that, this place was really well thought out to each detail. I truly felt at home here and already miss it.

Very comfortable condo
We loved the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that the pool was fairly dirty and there was limited places to sit around the pool. Unfortunately, other short-term renters would monopolize the chairs by putting their towels down first thing in the morning. I am sure this drove the residents crazy. Otherwise, great stay.

Wonderful stay in Tamarindo!
We really loved this location and would stay here again. It is minutes away (a 2-5 minute walk) from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and anything else you might need. We did not rent a car and we had no problems walking everywhere we wanted to go. During our stay we met several other residents of the condos and everyone was lovely, friendly, and helpful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There are towels for pool use but not for the beach so if you plan to visit the beach make sure to bring towels or plan to buy some. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the master bed is very creaky and it makes a lot of noise every time you move. My husband and I used earplugs and we were ok but I would not have slept without them. Overall, we recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

Excellent condo in walking distance of the beach
We were so happy with this condo and its location. The beds were especially comfortable, and our family of five was very happy there. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare the meals we had at the condo, and the location was within walking distance of so many dining options. We didn't have to move the car for the three days we stayed, which was great.

This was our 2nd time staying at Balcones Pacifico and renting from Jennifer. Communication was easy and Jennifer efficiently helped with a small maintenance issue and our Covid tests as well. This ground unit was fantastic and convenient. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a surf family of four. Our boys loved the bunk beds. We love the complex and it is in a quiet cul-de-sac close to everything we needed. We will be back!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay . This location was perfect , block to the beach and town . The condo was located at the top of a hill that was perfectly off the beaten path but super close to everything which was extremely important with 2 teenagers . Never had to rent a car . Jennifer our host was very helpful in booking tours and answering any questions and responding to quickly to any concerns we had . The condo is extremely well appointed, modern and clean . We will definitely book again .. The pool was the perfect way to end the day !

Lovely Updated Condo Close to Beach
This is our 4th time staying at Balcones del Pacifico Condos and the 2nd time in #1. We love the location close to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with all you need and it has a washer and dryer in the unit. The air conditioning in all rooms works perfectly. The grounds are well looked after and the pool is very clean. The property is very secure with a night guard just outside the gated complex in the parking area. We have loved staying here while visiting our daughter who has been living in Tamarindo.

Awesome Location and Management
My two adult children and myself stayed for a week the beginning of December 2019. The entire process went smoothly and Jennifer was awesome to deal with. Being close to the holiday season and my daughter being huge into the festive season decorations, I wanted to surprise her. Worked with Jennifer on setting up a plan and the place was beautifully decorated upon our arrival. Happy tears from my daughter...loved it. Small things that make a world of difference. Friendly people within the building, location close to the beach and main strip. Worked out fantastic for us.

This condo worked out perfectly for us! The two bedrooms were great for our family of four and the layout worked out well. The kitchen was nicely appointed and it was great to have a washer/dryer. It has a great location - close to the beach, super market, shops, and restaurants. We were a little concerned that it would be noisy and busy in the complex, but it is tucked away a bit and was really nice and quiet. The pool was really nice to have and was kept very clean. If I were to be super knit picky I would say that the showers were a bit challenging - the pressure was weak and temperature difficult to gauge, but that's the worst thing I can say about this wonderful condo. Jennifer and Evelyn were very helpful and responsive, it was great to know that we could count on them to help us with our questions and other arrangements such as setting up a shuttle from/to the airport. Overall, our family had a great trip and we can't wait to come again!

Great Location in Tamarindo!
We loved our condo at Balcones del Pacifico in Tamarindo. The beds are comfortable, the furnishings are updated and bathrooms are beautiful. We love being close to town and having a nice pool that has plenty of shade most of the day. No problems encountered here! This is our second stay at this complex but this condo is by far the most beautifully decorated. We will be back!
