Complete with 3 BDRMS 3 BTHRMS AND a LOFT area UPSTAIRS which has an additional 3 full size beds.
Please note: Loft has low ceilings and doubles as a play area for the kids/sleeping area.
There is also a queen size air mattress and pack n play available.
Located only 8-10 min to DT Tampa and about 7 min to Ybor.
You will be about 30 mi/45 min to most Gulf Beaches!

Great place

The house was perfect for what I needed it for. Hosts provided a lot of extra things that enhanced the stay. Thank you for having such a great house.

Great house

Plenty of space. Loft provides additional room. Plenty of storage in the kitchen. Just far enough from downtown but just close enough to where it doesn’t feel like such a hike. Neighborhood was nice and quiet at night.

Nice clean house

We stayed at this home with 12 adults. It is in a convenient location with restaurants nearby etc. The upstairs loft are has a very low ceiling , but, had plenty of beds for our crew to sleep. A few opted to sleep on the couch. There's a cute lake and park walking distance from the property. Our host was very easy to contact with any questions we had.

Beer bourbon bbq festival stay

The house is very spacious! We had a group of 8 but could comfortably sleep more. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again!
