7.2/10 Good! (159 reviews)
The hotel exterior was old, there were dead bugs all over the.place, the WiFi didn't work everywhere, no hot water in the morning, my bathroom (Rm 652) floods if you turn on the shower for more than 2 minutes, the in-room intercom did not work.
Imaging paying $268 for a hotel room for one night, you get asked to pay for breakfast on checknout and the breakfast spread was nothing to be excited about for extra $25
The only upside about the hotel are the staff who seemed friendly and handicapped when asked about the poor state of the hotel. The rooms also looked renovated and the AC was cold. That's it.

On arrival they had no record of our booking but I was able to verify booking by showing my booking details and receipt on my phone. They told us that we ..."

7.6/10 Good! (110 reviews)
"The hotel has historic resonance, and the heroic cleaning staff do a great job. Perhaps some of the nicer rooms have some character. But the front office staff is indifferent at best. The woman at the bar was almost hostile? This should be a treasure of the would-be UNESCO heritage site but is an ..."

FILYS HÔTEL

8.6/10 Excellent! (4 reviews)
Not a great option
"This hotel is new, but needs a lot of improvement. First, there is no pool (being renovated) or restaurant. Second, my room had a smell that radiated from the bathroom…I’m guessing sewer gas from an improper sink trap. They put an incense lamp to cover it up. Also, mosquitos at night in a room without ..."
