(120 reviews) The check-in process was very easy. We got welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, were given a couple of transportation tickets. The room was very comfortable and had a coffee maker. They had a sauna and whirlpool which was great. You paid a small extra fee. There is a nice Billiard room with some Board games. It’s very accessible to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside is I was charged city tax when we left which I wasn’t expecting & was told upon check-in we weren’t going to owe anything. (686 reviews) Lovely room (junior suite) with all amenities you would want for a lovely stay in Budapest. Breakfast was a pleasant assortment of hot and cold in a remarkable restaurant right next door to the hotel. Lovely bathroom with heated floor and perfectly hot and powerful shower (very much appreciated in January Budapest temperatures!). I highly recommend Callas Hotel for a pleasant, quiet and trouble free stay in the very central heart of the city.
