Sleepy suburb!

Tea Gardens is a place where nothing happens. We checked out a day earlier than what we paid for as the property wasn't maintained well. The main bedroom AC was not functioning properly and was so loud we could hardly sleep. No cooling and every 5 minutes it would shut down and restart with a loud noise. There was black mould in the AC, visible from outside. Overall a very bad experience.
