This was a great location! We were able to walk to everything and have a view of the ocean! The concierge and desk staff were extremely helpful for restaurant suggestions too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nothing like the hotel pictures that were shown on Avion. The carpet was dirty, mould behind the bathroom door. Coffee was instant with no creamers or anything. No view like pictures showed, smaller than pictures showed….horrible!

Better vegetarian food and enjoyable stay

First time staying back at this hotel after Covid. Not much has changed post-pandemic apart from the hotel cutting back on the food in the dining room. Overall experience was good and the kids enjoyed playing at Danny Land. Vegetarian food options during Shabbat and yom tov meals- tofu option at one meal and a pasta dish at another. For £100 a meal it would have been nice for there to be a hot main course (tofu was cold). Swimming pool- pool was much under the shade. Kids pool, as well as bigger pool would have been more comfortable heated, but not many are heated in Israel. Staff- overall nice and friendly. Especially Oscar and the lady at the coffee station. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

If you upgrade to a renovated room, the room is pleasant. Impressive lighting. No place to hang swimming suit. Breakfast is amazing. Re. Parking, rent a small car as this is very tight and not owned by the hotel. Gym is falling apart. Check in/out is slow

We are staying during the current conflict . We had to unexpectedly extend our stay . The staff here goes over and above especially in these times. Avi was amazing and extra helpful. All of the staff is so accommodating and helpful. They really ensure that you have everything you need .

Hotels.com n’avait pas transmis la réservation à l’hôtel ! Nous arrivons le jour J avec mes amies dont une handicapée et l’hôtel nous indique qu’il n’a aucune réservation enregistrée avec ce nom ou numéro de réservation alors que tout avait été payé ! Aucune compassion de la part du réceptionniste qui nous dit de contacter Hotels.com. Qu’aurions-nous fait en pleine nuit ou un dimanche ??? Après près d’1h à être baladée au téléphone, la 2e personne du service client d’Hotels.com a accepté de parler directement au réceptionniste (ce qu’avait refusé la 1ere personne) et le problème a été rapidement résolu. Bref, un début de séjour très stressant. Je suis déçue d’hotels.com que je pensais très professionnel.
