The entrance to the pool is for a stay of 7 nights and more. The entrance to the pool is only with a verifications vaccination.

According to Israeli law Israeli citizens would need to add to the total price a 18% vat.

The swimming pool is open from April 1st to October 15th and usually opens between 6 to 8 hours every day.

1 .It is strictly forbidden to host a larger number of persons than the number agreed during travel planning. In case of additional guests, please inform the reservation office immediately.
2. Smoking on the property is not allowed. If you smoke we will take your security deposit.
3. Noise must be kept to a minimum level after 9.00 PM, and parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment and in any common area such as the terrace. If people will make a party or noises after 21:00 PM.
4 .The person signing the lease contract will be responsible for the appropriate behavior of anyone staying with them. Should this person or the persons staying with them not behave responsibly and appropriately, they will be asked to leave the apartment immediately with no means of reimbursement. Should the occupants fail to comply with the obligations mentioned above, I could, at my own discretion, ask the client to abandon the apartment, without the client being entitled to any compensation.
5. The use of sound systems in the common areas such as the stairs and terrace is not allowed.
6. Use of the Internet for illegal activities is not allowed.
7. Dog or animals are not allowed in the apartment and in the common areas.
8. Bath towels cannot be used as beach or pool towels. Beach towels are available on request at extra charge. 50 euros will be charged in case of wrong use of towels.
9. Congregating in the communal areas of the building is not allowed. We consider the rest and respect of neighbors very important and we will not tolerate clients who do not comply with these regulations.
10. It prohibits any act of vandalism, like throwing stuff at the balcony or windows.
11 .Do not insert any metallic object in the microwave.
12. Please switch off the lights and air conditioning on leaving the apartment. Respect the environment.
13. The main entrance door has to be kept closed safely.
14. The apartment must be left perfectly clean and in a perfect state. Waste bag or garbage has to be left in the container outside the building. Should this not be the case, the security deposit will not be returned.
15. The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client, up to 50 Euros per key.
16. It is not permitted to use the apartment for any other purposes except as a vacation rental within the terms of the reservation made.
17. In case of any damage caused to the apartment or to its contents, please inform the property manager. The customer will be responsible for that damage and charged accordingly.
18. In case you have rent a parking space, please park your car in the assigned place.
19. We decline any responsibility in case of stolen valuables or any rubbery in the apartment. We recommend you to put your valuables in the safe box, and close the doors and windows safely with the keys.
20 .Nimi Group will not be responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse by the customer.


1. Check in and Check out: Check in time is 15:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM. In cases of late check-out, which was not scheduled in advance with us, the security deposit will not be refunded.
2. In the event of cancellation on the part of the Tenant, no refund of the advance payment will be given.
3. Tenants will keep the apartment in good order and will be responsible for any damage incurred due to misuse or negligence.
4. No pets & no smoking are allowed in The Residence.
5. In order to insure the execution of the agreement, the Tenant will present a valid foreign passport or a local ID and a cash deposit.
6. Inspection: At all reasonable times during the term of this Agreement, Nimrod Erez and/or her Representative may enter the apartment to inspect the Apartment, make all necessary repairs and show the apartment to potential future guests. Provided advance notice (24 hours) was given to the guest either in writing or by phone.
7. Security deposit of Credit Card photos will be left with Nimrod Erez and/or her Representative. Nimrod Erez shall have the right to apply this deposit to cover guest’s obligations including additional rent, repairs and similar expenses. This security deposit is refundable at check-out if there is no damage to the unit, and if it is left in a clean condition. Missing items, damage to premises and excessive cleanup, the guest will be charged.
8. Under no circumstances is the guest permitted to make any alterations or changes in the apartment of whatever kind.
9. Bills: All taxes, charges and expenses are included in the price.
10. assumes no liability for property lost or damaged (including items left behind), nor liability for accidents or injury on the premises. Guest is responsible for the apartment and for all other persons residing therein during the period of occupancy.
11. Guests and the members of his party may not use or bring into the apartment any illegal controlled substances, firearms, or items hazardous to persons or property. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
12. The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood. Guests undertake to refrain from making excessive noise at all hours.

- Complaints and Jurisdiction: It is hereby agreed that any complaint and/or claim
of guests against Nimi Group will be presented to the company in writing or by email immediately and in any case no later than 3 days from the date of leaving the apartment.

The court in Tel Aviv has unique local authority to discuss the matter.

Renting an apartment from Nimi Group actually constitutes consent to the aforementioned conditions, details and information.
